When you hire The Wedding Talk team, you'll have professionals by your side from concept to creation. Our system for supporting couples during their planning year has been crafted and perfected to provide you with excellent service, attention to detail, personal connection, and accurate execution.

Day of Coordination

Planning Assistance 30 days out from your Wedding Date.

3-5 Meetings throughout the month in preparation.

The Wedding Talk Team will set up and handle all 1:1 vendor meetings to ensure your team is ready to create a smooth wedding experience.

Ceremony guidance and rehearsal the day prior (up to 2 hours).

Day of the Wedding: Two team members will assist you, your wedding party, guests, and hired vendors for up to 12 hours. If additional hours are needed, we’re happy to accommodate them at an additional charge.

We’ll provide a fully stocked day-of emergency kit, distribute gratuity envelopes to your vendors, manage and oversee the wedding timeline, and assist with breakdown at the end of the night.
Planning Consultation
We know not everyone needs a full planning package. Our consultations are perfect for someone looking for a boost of help where you need it. We can help with things like how to start wedding planning, questions to ask your vendors, contract reviewing, timeline creation, or just about anything else wedding planning-related that we can fit in the hour!
Please note - we are not able to assist with venue or vendor searching during a consultation. This is reserved for our full planning clients due to the time necessary for such a task.​

Design Consultation
Meet with our founder, Lynea D'Aprix, for a custom wedding design board.

In this one-hour session, you will dive deep into your ideas, inspirations, and wedding must-haves. After the call, Lynea will spend up to four hours working on a cohesive design board tailored to your style. This service is perfect for couples looking to clarify their vision and make confident design decisions for their big day.​
