Margot Allison Lowenstein, a daughter of Rochelle Lowenstein and Douglas Lowenstein of Chevy Chase, Md., was married Saturday evening to Jonathan David Simmons, the son of Jeffrey Simmons of Newtown, Pa., and the late Judith Simmons.
