Tayhlor Jenkins and Tyler Sims, along with their parents, are announcing their engagement and approaching summer wedding. She is the daughter of Bob Jenkins of Alton and the late Julie Jenkins. He is the son of Rick and Debbie Sims of Bethalto.

A 2002 graduate of Alton High School, the future bride graduated from Hickey College. She is employed at Today's AdVantage as a graphic artist and Kennett Photography Studio in Highland as a wedding photographer.
